who we work with

Editing is an integral part of matters which relate to all words, regardless of the application – publishing, printing or digital.

The nitty-gritty of both copy- and line editing is where we refine language, grammar, punctuation, syntax, spelling and where we check the ‘facts and figures’.

Good editing will elevate your work to greatness because this is what we do, and this is what we are passionate about.

Proofreading should be completed by someone other than the writer and editor who may have become too close to the work. The proofreader’s job is to make the work as perfect as possible.

Proofreading is the last line of defence before publishing, where we look for any typo or inconsistency that has made it past the editing and typesetting stage.

Allow us to be your fresh pair of eagle eyes.

Our attention to detail is what will set your work apart from the rest, whether it’s your novel, website, corporate content, presentation, thesis, dissertation, advert, biography or any other written work.

We will perfect your work while considering editing elements and we will enhance style, content, layout, format, consistency and accuracy and prepare for typesetting.

Let us prepare your work for excellence, it’s our thing.

how we work with you

We use track changes and provide editing comments in a Word document format.

Every project is unique, requiring different applications of our expertise and thus we quote specifically for your needs.

To offer a quote we require a sample of your work. The price will be dependent on the level of work, time, and urgency you require.

If necessary, we are happy to provide a free sample edit and we may ask for an example of your work. This will give us both an idea of how we’ll work together.

It has never happened – but we will be happy to refund our fees if your academic work is not accepted due to our editing.

We are a freelance partnership which means that you get two editors for the price of one!
